The road in question is the CV-370. It joins the municipalities of Manises and Ribaroja through an area of mainly agricultural and mining use, although with a high density of residential developments. The traffic of vehicles and heavy vehicles is high, as well as the accident rate. It currently has a section of two 3.50 m lanes and 1 m shoulders, with an irregular layout.

The project has been divided into 5 phases. The work includes the drafting of the construction project corresponding to phase 2.

This phase is located between traffic circle 1 and traffic circle 6 of the highway, although they are not included. It is 1,484 m long. A two-lane roadway section with two lanes in each direction and 2.5 m shoulders on the outside and 1.5 m on the inside has been laid out. It includes a crossing under the railroad and an important drainage work to cross the Barranco de la Pedrera ravine. Access control to the trunk is regulated and a more accessible service road is created, to which a bicycle lane is added.

The base bidding budget (excluding VAT) amounts to €5,853,305.90.
