The technical gallery of the Oceanographic Park has an environment with a high concentration of humidity caused by the presence of large bodies of water, which causes the proliferation of bacteria and mites, as well as condensation that causes oxidation in the installed equipment, which makes it necessary to design different measures to guarantee adequate ventilation.
The operating area is 11,600 m2.
The work has been carried out in the following stages:
- Phase I: Analysis and study of the current state and technical proposals for action.
- Phase II: Drafting of Execution Project.
- Phase III: Direction and supervision of the execution of the works contained in the project including supervision during the start-up and legalization phase.
