Drafting of the project for the improvement of public roads in the Fuente del Berro neighborhood in an area of action of 13,908 m² located in an urban area.
The redevelopment consists of the recovery of pedestrian spaces and the enhancement of pedestrian routes, promotion of universal accessibility, renovation of pavement of streets and sidewalks, energy improvement of street lighting, gardening, street furniture, and replacement of services.
The work carried out was as follows:
- Renovation of the firm and paving of existing sidewalks.
- Renewal and improvement of the energy efficiency of the lighting network.
- Rehabilitation of sewerage, water supply and rainwater networks.
- Replacement of low-voltage power lines, telecommunications and gas.
- Renewal of green areas and irrigation networks.
- Urban equipment and furniture.
