URBANIZATION PROJECT IN THE MUNICIPAL TERM OF NÁQUERA

The area of this Urbanization Project has an area of 1,547,650. 16 m2, of which 650,000. 00 m2 corresponds to a Golf Course, and the rest, i. e. 897,650. 16 m2 corresponds to residential use with a total of 1,786 homes. The work includes:

• General land movement of the sector.
• Dimensioning of vials with replanting of plots. The width of the streets varies between 11-19 m, and the width of
  roads between 6-8 m. Verification of compliance with the Accessibility Act.
• Sewage network: Waste water is collected through 9,194. 32 m of collectors with a diameter of 350
  mm to a nearby existing manifold. Due to the existence of low points, 4 pumps and 2,043, 6 m are projected
  of impulses.
• Rainwater network: Rainwater is collected by 10,429. 29 m of collectors of variable diameters
  between 400 and 1200 mm. Due to the existence of low points, 3 pumps and 440 m of drives are projected.
• Drinking water supply network. 23,283. 73 m of drinking water piping are planned,
  including a lobby to raise the water. up to a projected reservoir of 1,800 m3. From the
  depot, the supply is carried out by another lobby group.
• Irrigation network: From the tertiary treatment the water is driven by a pumping and an impulsion of
  1,768 m to the golf course. The planned irrigation network consists of 22,946. 94 m of irrigation pipes
  by drip or by irrigation nozzles.
• Medium and low voltage network, and 15 transformation centers.
• Public lighting network. 22,602 m of lighting ducts are planned.
• Telecommunications network. 11,088. 50 m of telecommunications pipelines are planned.
• Paving of pavements by flexible firm (69. 229. 69 m2 of bituminous mixtures),
  of parking by rigid pavement (27,681. 87 m2 of concrete pavement), of bicycle lane (10,024. 20 m2 of
  concrete pavement), of bicycle lanes (10,024. 20 m2 of coloured concrete pavement), and of sidewalks using rigid pavement (34,877. 18 m2 of concrete pavement).
• Landscaping of sidewalks and landscaping of green areas (27,814,32 m2 of green areas).
• Horizontal and road signs of the vials.

• Quality control.

Budget for the planned works: €50,246,052. 89
