The area of action has an area of 23,000 m2 pedestrian, destined to be the square of the new City Hall.
The work carried out in the Project is:

  • General land movement of the sector.
  • Dimensioning of firm of the square and the rest of pedestrian areas.
  • Sewage network: waste water collected through 427. 73 m of collectors with diameters of 315 and 400 mm.
  • Rainwater network: rainwater is collected by means of 1,318. 32 m of collectors with diameters ranging from 315 to 800 mm.
  • Irrigation network: composed of 1,680. 43 m of pipes for drip irrigation, irrigation nozzles and sprinkler irrigation.
  • Medium and low voltage network and a transformation and distribution center.
  • Public lighting network: 1,598 m of lighting ducts.
  • Telecommunications network: 639. 59 m of telecommunications pipeline are planned.
  • Gas supply network: 602. 32 m of gas pipelines are planned.
  • Paving of pedestrian areas: 23,089,93 m2 of hydraulic tiles and concrete cobblestones.
  • Gardening of the square and placement of tree alignment.

The Project’s Material Execution Budget amounts to €3,818,794. 44. The Total Tender Budget amounts to 5,271,463. 85 €, including the percentages of overheads, industrial profit and VAT.
