The project consists of supervising the design, construction and equipment of the turnkey contract for the improvement of the Chiquimula hospital. Fast-track mode. Phase 1 PRE INVESTMENT, PHASE 2 INFRASTRUCTURE AND PHASE 3 FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT:
Phase 1 PRE-INVERSION: Technical studies of the pre-investment, final elaboration of the architectural, structural project with constructive details and the design of the other specialties such as Hydrosanitary Engineering, Electricity, Mechanics, Telecommunications, Air Conditioning, Medical Gases, Vertical Transport and other specialties necessary for the effective functioning of the hospital as well as medical equipment.
Phase 2 INFRASTRUCTURE: Ensure the quality of infrastructure works by applying appropriate control procedures. To enforce the technical, legal and administrative specifications of the contract. Apply control methods for meeting deadlines. Verify and verify the results obtained in the tests, tests and quality certifications of the materials used and of the work carried out in accordance with the established technical specifications. Certify the completion of milestones showing an activity or activities has been completed.
Phase 3 MEDICAL EQUIPMENT: Authorize modifications to the lists of equipment presented in the accepted offer, provided that these imply a functionality better or similar to the offer and established records and specific justifications must be left. Verify correct installation of fixed equipment and distribution of mobile equipment, validate and certify equipment delivery activities according to the schedule of payments for lump sums accepted in the contract or approved and current delivery lists.
