THE MUNICIPALITY OF VALENCIA APPROVES THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE EXPECTED ROUNDABOUT ACCESS TO AIELO DE MALFERIT FROM THE A-7 MOTORWAY

The València County Council has given the green light to the project that will improve road safety at the access to Aielo de Malferit from the A-7 motorway. The new roundabout will be located at km 20,330 of the CV-651 road, providing easy access to the old town, the industrial estate and the municipal cemetery.

After years of application by the community, the final approval of the project was announced yesterday by the Diputación. The roundabout will provide direct access to the municipality, improve the connection with the Ibermanta industrial estate and give an urban character to the CV-651 road.

The project includes improvements on the stretch between 20,070 and 20,810 kilometers, offering greater road safety to those who access the town from the A-7. The roundabout will regulate the speed of vehicles, ensuring the safety of users.

The mayor of Aielo, Juan Rafael Espi, expressed his satisfaction with the approval, noting that the infrastructure was a demand for many years. The project began its administrative process in September 2021 and was awarded to Vielca Ingenieros SA.

The construction of this roundabout represents a significant advance for Aielo de Malferit, improving mobility and safety in access from the A-7 motorway.
