Drafting of the construction project for the rehabilitation of the highway V-23 along the 10.5 km of its route for each of the two directions of traffic.
The project includes the following work:
- Previous Studies of Topography, Traffic and Road.
- Dimensioning of the new road.
- Improved safety through new signalling, marking and containment systems.
- Traffic diversions.
