The works carried out consisted in the drafting of the urbanization project of a plot of 600 m2 in the port of Castellon including accesses.
The urbanization included the movement of land, sizing of footpaths and pavements, drinking water facilities, sanitation and stormwater network, electrical grid (including external connection), lighting and perimeter fencing.
The necessary equipment derived from the production process such as staff facilities and waste storage areas were also included.
