Detailed description of the project
The work carried out by VIELCA INGENIEROS S.A. under the contract of supervision and follow-up of the actions of the Special Plan to Support Productive Investment under the responsibility of the Division of Architecture and Urban Infrastructures, has consisted of promoting the actions necessary to facilitate the management, follow-up and supervision of the projects and works developed under the Confianza plan.
1. Project management and technical-administrative documentation.
2. Preparation of reports and technical documentation.
3. Economic monitoring.
4. Monitoring and control of works.
The work carried out consisted of:
Drafting, delivery and approval phase: review of documentation, preparation of reports and technical support to drafters follow-up of drafting. Approval phase and contracting process: control of documentation and control of actions in this state, request for documentation and follow-up thereof. Implementation phase: monthly visits, photographic follow-up, preparation of reports and control of the status and evaluation of the work (control of deadlines, modifications, documentation request, financial control, etc.).
In the development of the different phases Vielca Ingenieros has produced graphic support material such as brochures, information panels, billboards, etc. according to the needs of each and has periodically delivered a summary table to monitor the state of the works.
